This Business Administrator position is a shared position overseeing the operations of two clustered and growing parishes in the western suburbs. We are looking for an experienced, professional-level administrator who is equipped to help lead these parishes through a time of growth, including the hopeful construction of a new church building at St. Thomas the Apostle. The Parish Business Administrator is the chief operating officer of the organization.

Prepare documents for weekly sales meetings.

Packing and shipping chemical orders.  Must be able to lift 50+ lbs occasionally.

Operate forklift to load/unload trucks occasionally.

Analyze Hubspot reports and follow up on relevant leads.

 

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma

Minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping/accounting

Microsoft Office especially Word/Excel experience

Excellent computer & phone skills

Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks

Work collaboratively with all departments as well as customers and vendors to resolve open issues

Candidates must be able to lift 50+ lbs and be able to stand for periods of time
