Emery Koenig (retired vice chairman and chief risk officer for Cargill) joins us to share some experiences he's had with various boards and leadership experiences  including at Cargill, a large multinational agricultural corporation, to  illuminate the practicality of subsidiarity and the challenges he has faced concerning several DEI issues.
